On this day of your life, Dear Friend God wants you to know...

...that all of life is animated by a single fantastic energy,

which is the essence of everything that is -- including you.

Isn't that amazing? Now, because this essence is who you are

and what you are made of, it can obviously never leave you.

Perhaps not so obviously, it can also be wonderfully helpful.

It can bring you peace in moments of stress,

strength in moments of weakness,

courage in moments of fear,

wisdom in moments of confusion,

forgiveness in moments of anger,

and love in all the moments of your life.

All you have to do is know that this is true,

and it will be true for you, right now.

I think that's terrific, don't you?

You already know the reason

that this particular reminder

came to you today...

在你人生中的这一天，上帝想要你知道……

……一切生命都是由单一的神奇能量所驱动，

它是一切事物——也包括你——的本质。  

  

这是不是很神奇？因为这本质就是你之为你，

你是由它所组成，很显然，它永远不会离开你。

也许并不明显的是，知道这一点会给你带来极大的帮助。

在紧张时，它可以给你带来和平，

在恐惧时，它可以给你带来勇气，

在困惑时，它可以给你带来智慧，

在愤怒时，它可以给你带来宽恕，

在你人生的每一刻，它都可以给你带来爱。
